Nothing like a growing economy to get the Leftists salivating. Senator Hillary Clinton was out stumping for one of her fellow brownshirts in the commie bastion of San Francisco when she announced that the tax cuts that fueled the economic recovery would be rolled back if the Liberal Dems win the White House and Congress in November.

Headlining an appearance with other Democratic women senators on behalf of Sen. Barbara Boxer, who is up for re-election this year, Hillary Clinton told several hundred supporters -- some of whom had ponied up as much as $10,000 to attend -- to expect to lose some of the tax cuts passed by President Bush if Democrats win the White House and control of Congress.

Supposedly, it's for the common good. Who's common good? Certainly not yours or mine! What it really boils do to is one of the central concepts in liberal communist/Democrat ideology: redistribution of wealth. You and I work not just to make a living but to make a living for other people that refuse to make a living.

I am not opposed to helping people that genuinely need help. But no one needs help from cradle to grave. And giving aid does not mean providing the same standard of living that we middle-class people enjoy. And that's the real rub with the wealth-redistributors. In their eyes, those people on the dole should have the same creature comforts as the middle-class. They confuse, whether deliberately or not, the fact that everyone has a RIGHT to those things and the fact that they are not ENTITLED to those things. No one is entitled to have anything except what they earn and/or pay for. That's it. I can afford a nice home, a nice car, a big TV, a computer, and other amenities that are not needs but wants and nice-to-haves. The liberals have convinced the disfunctional poor in this country that they are entitled to the same "luxuries" that the working families have.

As you can see, Hillary and the brownshirts want to take your money away again and pay for the Air Jordans, Playstations, cable TV, FUBU wear, and other nice-to-have items that the poor want but can't afford. Isn't it time that the middle-class stood up and said "ENOUGH!!!" We spent our lives preparing for our careers and we pursue our careers to make a living for ourselves and our families, and eventually, if we're lucky, our retirements. We don't bust our asses so that the crack-whores and gang-bangers of the world can lead the same life we do. Hillary cheapens our toil by insisting that we should finance their lifestyles. Hilary makes money hand-over-fist; let her and Bubba and the rest of the left-minded Hollywood Elite pony up to buy some trailer park trash a pair of Nike's or some inner city hoodlum a Oakland Raiders parka. I have my family to look out for and I didn't sign up to help support anyone else.

I know this is a little off point but I thought it interesting as well that Hillary failed to mention John Kerry as the Democrat presidential candidate in her statement at Comrade Boxer's fund-raiser. I've believed all along that Hillary would get drafted at the DNC Convention and maybe this is Hillary tipping her hand. I don't underestimate her lust for power.

The question here remains why should we work and not get to keep the money we earn? It's our money, not the government's. Who will pay for me when I can no longer afford to live off of the table-scraps that Hillary and her comrades leave me? Who will be still earning enough to pay for all of us when the middle-class ceases to exist? Can Hillary and Bubba write enough books to support all of us? I'm sure they could but then again, who'd be able to afford to buy it?
