Who the hell is KRS-One? This hip-hop gangster named KRS-One said that he and other African-Americans "cheered when 9-11 happened."
Well, I know an awful lot of African-Americans and I can boldly say this with confidence, Mr. KRS-One: not one of the African-Americans that I know applauded the events of 9-11!!!
"I say that proudly," the KRS-One went on, citing that, before the attacks, security guards kept Blacks out of the World Trade Center "because of the way we talk and dress."
As long as we are on the subject of how you dress...why do you dress like a Thrift-Store refugee with a platinum Visa card? You want to play the role of have-not yet you have more cash than most of us do. I'll venture a guess that you're not driving a hooptie, either.
Krappy-ass Rap Star (K.R.S. must stand for something, right?) even went so far as to say that the planes hitting the building were a form of justice for the his own perceived injustice of being turned away from the WTC. Maybe if you dressed in a presentable fashion, you would not have been turned away. I know you hip-hoppers wear your trousers around your knees so that your prison butt-buddies have easier access.
You know, there once was a time in this nation that those that spoke out about injustice actually knew what they were talking about. Mr. Krappy-ass, you are totally clueless. You want to talk about injustice? How about this for injustice? You and your ilk, the hip-hoppers, make your money on the backs of women and violent crime victims. Your music denigrates women and celebrates violence against innocent people and law enforcement.
If that isn't bad enough, Mr. Krappy-ass sneered at efforts by other rappers to get young people to vote. "Voting in a corrupt society adds more corruption," he added. "America has to commit suicide if the world is to be a better place."
What a wonderful thought, Krappy-ass. You go first.
