No More Political Correctness for Terrorists

Political correctness has no place in the war on terror. It didn’t take long after 9/11 to figure out who had perpetrated the ghastly attacks. Islamic fundamentalists led by Osama bin Laden.

All of the attackers were of Arab descent. They looked like Arabs. They carried themselves like Arabs. The latest crop of attackers in London are Arabs and look outwardly like Arabs.

It doesn’t take a PhD to figure out that searching the personal items of some old white Grandma at the airport isn’t going to reveal any kind of bomb or incendiary device. So why do it?

Is it because we might offend Arabs if we searched only Arabs? I have queued through security and witnessed Arabs getting a pass at security while some little black girl was subjected to the additional security wanding and carry-on search. Which one of these persons is more likely to be carrying a bomb?

The Islamo-fascists already hate us and there’s nothing that we can do to placate them except capitulate and become slaves (and I’m hoping that even Jimmy Carter and the liberals aren’t advocating that just yet.) So why not screen Arabs more closely than non-Arab passengers?

If it infuriates Arabs who don’t share the views of their terrorist cousins, perhaps the “indignation” of being subjected to intense scrutiny will induce these innocents into pointing out the bad apples. Remember in grade school when someone shot a spitball at the teacher when her back was to the class and she demanded to know who did it? And no one admitted to it? What did the teacher say?

She stated that unless the culprit comes forward or someone identified the culprit, the entire class would be punished. And how effective was that? To my recollection, the perpetrator was always “ratted-out.”

Oh, but Sniper, we interned thousands of Japanese-Americans during World War II and that was wrong. Ask yourself this: how many acts of sabotage were committed on the West Coast of the United States by Japanese-sympathizers? NONE. There were more attempted acts of sabotage by German spies on the East Coast of the U.S.! Not only that, but Japanese-Americans were falling over themselves to prove their allegiance to the U.S. and their patriotism (see the 442nd Regimental Combat Team.)

Political correctness is a mind-set that has been proven time and again to be an excuse for society to bury its head in the sand rather than state the obvious. So I’m going to state it for you: PROFILING OF ARABS IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT FURTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS AND POLITICAL CORRECTNESS NEEDS TO GO AWAY.
